Master of Economics, a current member of the Board of Zapad Bank, has 20 years of banking experience, which she gained by working at several Ukrainian banks. She started at Privat Bank, where she held various positions in the Card Payment Department. After that, she built her career for eight years at Pivdennyi Bank, working in crediting and credit analysis. She then continued her professional path at PJSC Bank Vostok, where she spent five years in the Risk Management Department as Deputy Director. In 2017, she joined the team at Zapad Bank AD Podgorica, leading its representative office in Odesa for the next five years. Afterward, she moved to Montenegro, where she assumed the head position of the Non-Resident Business Department at Zapad Bank. She was soon appointed as a member of the Management Board. Her extensive experience is backed by a degree in Economics and a Master's in Economics from Odessa State Economic University in Odesa, Ukraine. She speaks English and Montenegrin fluently.

She built her banking career in several Montenegrin banks, starting at Hypo Alpe Adria Bank, where she held various positions, including that of Internal Auditor. She later assumed the role of Head of Internal Audit at Societe Generale Bank, where she was subsequently appointed Director of the VIP Clients Main Branch. She also served as Chief Internal Auditor at Zapad Bank AD Podgorica for four years before permanently joining the parent bank's Management Board. Her rich experience is supported by a degree from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica and a Master's in Economics from prestigious institutions, University College London and the University of Helsinki. She speaks English and Russian fluently and has working knowledge of German and French.

Vesna Kovačević, Master of Economics, previously the Director of the Finance Department at Zapad Bank, began her professional career at the Tax Administration of Montenegro, in the Information Systems Department, focusing on revenue accounting, tax declaration processing, and submissions. She then moved to Universal Capital Bank AD Podgorica, where she held significant positions in the Accounting, Financial Reporting, Planning, and Analysis Department for over seven years. In April 2015, she took on the role of Finance Director at Zapad Bank, a position she successfully held for nine years until she was recently nominated as a member of the parent company's Management Board, Zapad Bank AD Podgorica. Her extensive experience in finance and accounting is backed by a degree from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica and a Master’s degree in International Economics. She speaks English fluently.
